- Mailing Information: Full mailing address (only if you request a printed Soul Map).
- Reflection & Intake Responses: Any personal insights, intentions, or experiences you share in intake forms or session prep forms.
- Transaction Details: Payment amount, transaction date, payment method (excluding full payment info).
- Technical Data: Basic anonymous analytics (e.g., page visits) via Plausible Analytics.
I don’t collect or use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How I collect & use your data
When you request the Inner Clarity Workbook
- Collected via: Website signup form
- Data collected: First name and email address
- Purpose: To send you the workbook and occasional email updates
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest — sharing requested content and staying in touch
When you book a Soul Alignment Call
- Collected via: Booking form on Satori
- Data collected: First name, last name, email, optional phone number, and pre-session form responses (emotional/spiritual reflections and birth data)
- Purpose: To prepare for our conversation and understand what’s present for you
- Legal basis: Contractual necessity — offering the free session you requested
When you join the Radical Soul Alignment mentoring program
- Collected via: Booking system (Satori), intake and integration forms
- Data collected: Name, email, optional phone, birth data, reflection forms, and mailing address (if requesting printed materials)
- Purpose: To guide our work together and deliver personalized materials like your Soul Evolution Oracle
- Legal basis: Contractual necessity — fulfilling your 1:1 program experience
When you receive my emails or letters
- Collected via: MailerLite (newsletter) or Substack (writing platform)
- Data collected: Email address, name, and basic engagement data like open rate and general location (used by the platforms via tracking pixels)
- Purpose: To send you writings, offerings, and soul transmissions
- Legal basis: Consent — you can unsubscribe anytime
When you visit my website
- Collected via: Plausible Analytics
- Data collected: Anonymous usage data (no cookies or tracking IDs)
- Purpose: To understand how my site is used and make it better
- Legal basis: Legitimate interest — keeping the site simple and functional
Who I share your data with
I work with a few trusted platforms to deliver sessions, process payments, and send emails:
If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, I make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Sensitive data & session notes
In our work together, you may choose to share personal reflections — emotional, spiritual, or deeply felt experiences. I treat these with care, confidentiality, and reverence.
To support you, I may take private coaching notes, which I store securely in encrypted format in a private storage system hosted in the EU. These notes are not shared with anyone.
Legal basis for processing

- Contractual necessity: For 1:1 sessions, mentoring programs, and associated intake forms

How long I keep your data
I keep your data only for as long as necessary:
- Email & newsletter data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Analytics: Anonymous data stored per Plausible’s retention policy
- Transaction records: Kept up to 6 years for legal and tax compliance
- Session notes & form submissions: Retained for the duration of our work together, and deleted upon request or when no longer needed

- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Request a copy of your data (data portability)
