A trauma-informed, body-led approach to evolutionary astrology and embodied transformation

Self-trust is not a mindset.
It's a somatic capacity.

Ashray is the mentorship for women ready to stop overriding themselves and rebuild the capacity to trust their own experience.

You see the pattern.

You override yourself.
You soften your truth to maintain connection.
You shrink yourself to preserve harmony.

You feel activated—and then wonder if you're overreacting.
You sense something isn’t right—and explain it away.
You know what you need to say—but your body won't let you say it.

Not because you don't notice.
The problem isn't that you don't know what to do.
It's that your body still experiences telling the truth as more dangerous than abandoning yourself.

Your nervous system learned long ago
that holding your ground could cost you belonging.
So today, your body still protects you by choosing
self-abandonment over the risk of rejection.
Your body defaults to what keeps you safe,
before your mind has time to decide differently.

The very patterns that once protected you
are now preventing the life you want to live.

But you know you can't keep living like this.
Because you begin to see how your life is shaped by every compromise, every softened truth, and the moments you hold yourself back.

This doesn't mean you must blow up your life.
It means no longer betraying yourself inside it.

Change doesn't come from knowing better or forcing different behavior.

Otherwise your talk therapy, self-help books, and positive thinking would have worked long ago.

Change begins when your body no longer experiences honesty, boundaries, or visibility as a threat.

Inside Āshray, we work directly with the protective responses your nervous system learned to rely on.
So the new responses, rooted in your truth, begin to feel natural, not forced.

What this looks like in real life

Every woman's story is unique. The patterns are different, but the movement is the same: from self-protection to embodied self-trust.

Finding the confidence to be seen

For years, she dreamed of building her own coaching business. She knew she had something meaningful to offer, but every attempt to become visible activated fear. Writing felt overwhelming. Sharing her work publicly seemed almost impossible. The more important it felt, the harder it became to express herself.

As we explored her astrological chart, it became clear that finding her own voice and learning to communicate it authentically wasn't just a business challenge—it was part of her evolutionary path. And this was mirrored in her nervous system which experienced being seen and expressing herself honestly as unsafe.

Instead of trying to push through that fear, we worked directly with the protective pattern beneath it.

As her body began to feel safer, something shifted naturally. Writing became less about getting it right and more about expressing what was true.

Within weeks, she started to show up online, began reaching out to people directly, and sharing her work publicly. Soon, she also signed her first coaching clients.

She was finally able to to take action towards what she wanted because her relationship to visibility changed first.

"Your support helped me become visible, stand confidently behind my work, and realize my vision."

Remaining in relationship without abandoning yourself

When she first came to Āshray she wanted to stop controlling everything around her. She felt exhausted, anxious, and constantly responsible for maintaining harmony. Speaking honestly felt risky, so she often stayed silent until resentment took over.

As we started working together, something became clear: These patterns were all tied to her South Node and Moon. It wasn't a character flaw, it was protection. Her nervous system had learned early to be the responsible one, that conflict threatened connection, that she shouldn't ask for too much.

As her body began to experience taking up space and honesty as safer, her behavior changed naturally.
She started expressing what she wanted.
She stopped abandoning herself to keep the peace.
She started dressing differently and enjoying life again.

Then life tested everything. During our work together, she discovered her husband had been unfaithful. Instead of reacting from panic or collapsing into old patterns, she made a decision she never imagined herself capable of making:
She moved out.

It was not to punish him. Not to force an outcome.
But to stay with herself.

They spent several months apart while she took the time she needed to discover what was true for her. Eventually they found their way back to one another—but this time through honesty rather than obligation. Today they continue to build a relationship rooted in conversations they once weren't capable of having.

From organizing life around safety to following what feels true

For years she knew something needed to change professionally.
She dreamed of a different rhythm of life, more freedom and creativity, less obligation—but remained where she was because certainty felt safer than the unknown.

When she imagined something different, quitting her job, her body immediately searched for security, plans, and guarantees.

Together, we discovered that this pattern reached far beyond her work. Her nervous system was constantly preparing for what might go wrong. It was constantly activated. Even ordinary moments reflected it—she couldn't sleep when her husband wasn't home because her body stayed on alert until he returned.

Rather than trying to force a career change, we worked on creating enough safety to be with uncertainty. As her nervous system settled, her choices began to change naturally.

She asked for unpaid leave after years of postponing it. She began saying yes to new projects that genuinely energized her. She stopped needing every next step mapped out before allowing herself to move. She allowed herself to trust what felt good rather than reasonable.

The constant vigilance she had lived with for years softened within weeks in the mentorship. She started to sleep through the night, even when her husband was absent. Her relationship became softer.

She is now preparing to leave the career she has outgrown—not because she finally found the perfect next plan, but because she now trusts that she can navigate the unkown without getting lost in it.

Today I can take action towards my goals not because I am free of fears, but because I know how to meet them.

Real change begins when your body no longer has to choose between belonging and being true to yourself.

About Rahel

I don't believe transformation happens once.
I believe a consciously lived life is a continuous process of becoming.

For more than a decade, life has been initiating me into the work I now guide others through.

I've rebuilt my life from the ground up more than once. Left careers, relationships, countries, identities, and ideas of who I thought I needed to be. Not because I was running away from something, not because it was easy, but because I got so devoted to following my truth.

Evolutionary astrology became the map that helped me understand myself, my patterns, my direction of growth, and what each season was inviting me into.

But while too much insight can actually make you anxious, I realized ealry, that the body is where the transformation actually unfolds.

Somatic work has been live changing—noticing how much I was in survival, and then being able to gradually shift out of it, again and again. Today it allows me to stay grounded in seasons of uncertainty and change.

Over the years I've learnt that life doesn't become easier because you've done the work.

But it does become easier because you become more capable of meeting uncertainty, conflict, change, and grief, without losing yourself inside them.

Inside the private sessions

The private sessions are unlike anything most people have experienced.

This isn't coaching in the traditional sense.
It isn't talk therapy.
It isn't hypnosis.
It isn't about fixing or pushing through.

We enter the patterns at the level where they were first learned.

We work with what is active.
The trigger from yesterday.
The argument still replaying in your mind.
The text you can't send.
The tension in your body you can't explain.

Instead of analyzing it, we slow down.
We stay with the protective response.
We listen to what it needs.
We create enough safety for the body to complete what it couldn't before.

Eventually, something new becomes possible.

This is how the nervous system updates.
Until living your truth no longer feels like a threat.

What changes

The changes of this work are often quieter than people expect.

Not because they aren't profound—but because they become your new way of being. Your default.

The patterns you tried to change for years, suddenly aren't running the show anymore.

You stop overthinking conversations for days.
You stop anticipating conflict before it happens.
You set boundaries without days of questionning them.
You trust your own perception instead of constantly seeking reassurance.

Many clients tell me they almost didn't notice the change at first, because it felt so natural.

Since we're working at the root, the changes don't just show in one area of life. Like a plant you water, the results of this work reach into all areas of life. Often my clients report changes like:
"My relationship changed, even though we weren't working on my relationship."
"I finally made the decision I'd been postponing for years."

These external changes are the reflection of a nervous system that isn't living in constant survival anymore.

The philosophy of Embodied Evolution

Embodied Evolution is the philosophy behind everything we do in Āshray.

Rather than asking, "How do I avoid discomfort?" we ask,
"What is life inviting me into through this?"

Every challenge, relationship, transition, and longing carries an invitation into who you're becoming.

Evolutionary astrology helps us understand that invitation.
Somatic work develops the capacity to meet it.

Life isn't interrupting your path.
It is your path.

Ashray is not for you if

You’re looking for quick transformation.
You want advice more than self-confrontation.
You’re not willing to stay with discomfort.
You're looking for someone to tell you what to do.

This work requires honesty.
And a willingness to stay.

Your next step

See the pattern beneath the pattern.

In this 45-minute Exploration Session, we'll slow one recurring pattern down enough to understand what's actually happening in your body, what keeps it in place, and what would allow it to shift.

By the end, you'll have greater clarity about the pattern itself—and whether Āshray is the right next step for you.

Is this the right next step?

If you're considering Āshray, these answers will help you understand how this work is different—
and whether it's the right fit for where you are.
I've already done years of therapy, coaching, or somatic work. Why would this be different?

Many women who come to Āshray already have a deep understanding of themselves. They know the patterns, they can explain where they come from, and they've experienced meaningful shifts. Yet in certain moments they still respond in old ways—despite knowing better. This work focuses on those moments—where your body continues to default to an old survival strategy—and helps create the conditions for new responses to become possible.

What if I don't trust my intuition?

That's often why people come. The aim isn't to become more intuitive or for intuition to become louder; it's to rebuild the embodied self-trust that allows you to recognize and act on what you already know.

What if I feel disconnected from my body?

You don't need to arrive deeply connected to your body for this work to be meaningful. In fact, feeling disconnected is often a protective strategy. We begin exactly where you are, working at a pace your nervous system can integrate. Over time, your body's signals become clearer, easier to trust, and less overwhelming.
