My offerings

I offer a range of services and content to support your soul journey:

Ashray Mentorship – a 5-month 1:1 coaching program with monthly payments
Ashray Introductory Call – a free introductory 45-minute session
Ashray writing – available via Substack

By accessing or using any part of my website, sessions, or materials, you agree to these Terms of Service. I may update these terms occasionally.

Availability & service changes

I hold your process with devotion, presence, and spaciousness—and I also honor the natural flow of life. Just as I allow myself the flexibility to reschedule when life calls for it, I extend the same grace to you.

If you or your family are unwell or something truly unexpected arises, I’m happy to reschedule your session—simply let me know as soon as possible. For other scheduling changes, please refer to the rescheduling policy below.

I also reserve the right to adjust services or scheduling if needed (e.g., due to illness, tech issues, or shifts in offerings). I’ll always aim to inform you with care and in advance.

Payments, interruptions & refunds

The Ashray Mentorship is a 5-month integrative journey designed to rewrite patterns and build capacity to live in truth.

Payments are made monthly and are non-refundable—regardless of participation or usage. This honors the energetic and structural integrity of the container.

Life can be unpredictable, and in those moments—grief, illness, upheaval—this work often becomes even more essential. For that reason, pausing or canceling is not a standard option.

Exceptions may be considered in rare and significant circumstances:

If you experience a major financial breakdown that genuinely prevents you from continuing your payments
Or if, after honest conversation, we both agree that the collaboration is no longer aligned

In such cases, I’ll meet you with empathy, and we’ll co-create the most supportive and fair resolution.

I also reserve the right to end the mentorship if the space no longer feels in integrity—always with care and clarity.

Rescheduling & missed sessions

Our sessions are scheduled with intention, and your spot is held just for you. If you need to reschedule:

In case of illness, emergencies, or caregiving needs—please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to offer a rescheduled time within the same month.
For other reasons—such as travel or schedule conflicts—I ask that you give at least 72 hours’ notice so the space can be held with care and clarity.

Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 72 hours’ notice) may not be rescheduled unless due to a true emergency.

If this pattern continues, I may revise our agreement—or choose to end the container—to protect the depth and integrity of the space.

Free resources are intended for personal use only. Please share the link to the original page rather than redistributing the file.
All written content, session materials, and frameworks are original works and remain under copyright. Please don’t reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission.

Disclaimers & scope of work

This work is deep, transformational, and grounded in evolutionary astrology and nervous system wisdom — but it is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.

You are always the authority on your own experience. This work invites you to trust yourself more deeply, not outsource your power.

I make no promises about specific outcomes. Every journey is unique.

Free calls & resources

Ashray Introductory Calls are limited to one per person.
Free resources are provided as a gift — I may update or retire them at any time.

Limitation of liability

You are responsible for the choices you make and how you engage with this work.
I’m not liable for decisions, interpretations, or changes you make as a result of the sessions or materials.
My total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections still apply.
