Clarity, intuition and soul don’t emerge on command. They arrive when there's space.

The work I offer emerged from my own path of coming home. It's not about pushing you towards something, but about creating space to arrive.
Because only when the body feels safe to soften—truth, soul and intuition can speak.

To live a life that felt true, I had to face everything in me that kept choosing the one that looked reasonable.

The discomfort of the old life

In my 20ies I had built a life that looked good: a degree, career, home, relationship. All the boxes checked.

But every Sunday evening I faced the truth:
The dread of having to go up on Monday into a life I didn't enjoy.
The ache for something different.
The flatness of a life that drains the soul.

I daydreamed about just quitting that job and roam free.
I knew in my bones, that I was made for something different—more alive, full and whole.

But I had no idea what it would be and how to get there.

The wake up call

In my early thirties, my mother got a cancer diagnose that deeply shook me. I realized: life can be over any day.

And there I decided that it was time to finally start living the life I secretly dreamed of.

I went on a pilgrimage, walked the Camino the Santiago, and started to slowly let go of everything that felt not true anymore: Within a year I left my partner, my hobbies, my job.

With nothing but a backpack and a one way ticket to Bangkok I leaped into a life that promised to hold what I was looking for.
Wild, free, and alive.

Little did I know that my inner baggage would join on that journey.

Space as a teacher

To my surprise, in that new life, I felt worse than ever before.

Without routine, direction, plans or someone to lean on, I felt terribly lost. And more than that: The new spaciousness in my life gave space to the fears, the trauma, and the monkey mind to take over.

Instead of finally feeling great, I was shown what really kept me from doing that.
The systems, the voices, the conditioning wasn't external anymore, it was rooted deep in my nervous system.
And that's where it had to be felt and rewritten.

Far away from home, I started a deep healing journey.
To feel what was never felt before. To choose new. To question what I was thought to be true.

The spaciousness, the distance, the quiet of Patagonia finally allowed my soul to surface and speak.

That's when astrology met me.

The long way home

I returned from my travels not as the person I once was—but also not with the clarity and solutions I hoped for.

Integration was the real work.  Learning to live in a world that honors speed and externalized authority, while honoring my own rhythm, my own truth.

It took me years to integrate—to build the bridge between the inner knowing and the embodied living. To know and to act on it.

It was a long way home. But the peace that came with every pattern or wound healed, kept me going.

Today I know it's a life long work. But the big overhaul.

A life that fits

Living a life that actually feels good is not about arriving anywhere.

It’s not about achieving the right version of yourself, finding the perfect rhythm, or finally getting it “right.”

It’s about learning to stay present in the in-between — the thresholds, the messy middles, the moments where nothing is resolved yet.

And about stopping the habit of making yourself wrong for being there.

Over time, I learned that freedom isn’t the absence of struggle.
It’s having the capacity to meet what arises without abandoning yourself. To feel your own limits.

To know when to rest, when to move, when to choose differently — even if it doesn’t match the pace or expectations around you.

A life that fits is built on self-trust.
On compassion instead of pressure.
On knowing yourself well enough to listen when your body, your nervous system, or your intuition asks for something else.

Not to escape life — but to inhabit it more honestly.

Becoming your true self isn't about doing more. It's about learning that it is safe to be, just as you are.

Ashray: a space for soul to return

Ashray is a slow, held space for returning to yourself.

A space shaped by evolutionary astrology and deep nervous system attunement, where we sit together in stillness and allow what’s been carried to be felt, integrated, and released.

Here, safety leads.
And from that safety, your soul remembers how to speak.

What's been felt finds language.
What's been exiled finds home.
